Overview

McDowall Affleck was founded as Kent McDowall and Associates in 1978. Prior to that, Kent spent seven years with the Shire of Mundaring as Shire Engineer and, before that, five years at Kojonup Shire as Shire Engineer.

The practice was originally founded to serve the local area, and whilst we still do so, now serves clients all over Western Australia.

Similarly, whilst our specialisation was initially minor structural and civil work, we are now a multi-disciplinary practice.
