Some Projects include:

Houghton Wines

Redevelopment of winery from 200 TPA to 4,000 TPA over the last 16 years. This project included the organisation of town planning approvals, preparation of budgets, preparation of detail estimates, detail design, building approvals and construction by sub-contractor.

Wallis Drilling

This project included the design and construction of a modern machine shop to support Wallis Drilling operations.

Tiger Engineering

This project included the design and construction of a modern 300 sqm office / civil design and construction of concrete car park area.

Midland House

This project included structural design, preparation of budget estimates, building approvals and construction by sub-contractor / civil design and construction of asphalt car park for a double storey office extension at the rear of the existing premises.

Tiwest

This project included the preliminary design and preliminary budget, detail architectural and structural design and construction estimate for a 200sqm workshop / office complex.

The Victoria Trust

This project included the organisation of town planning approvals, preparation of budgets, preparation of detail estimates, detail design, building approval and construction of a radiological clinic and 2000sqm of showroom warehouse.

M & S Tomlin

This project included the design and construction of two residential units in Dudley Street, Midland.

Schroll Trust

This project included the design and construction of four residential units in Sawyer Street, Midland.
