The Register will enable planned maintenance and upgrading to be carried out and for compliance with the requirements of the Australian Accounting Standard 27 (AAS27).

Design of speed control devices, round-abouts and other structures to control traffic speed and enhance pedestrian movement and safety.
Advice on dangerous buildings, walls, damaged structures, institutional buildings, swimming pools, preservation of historical buildings, building audits, dilapidation reports and inspections for site access and egress along intended or unintended routes, water storage, tanks and timber/ concrete bridges in country areas.
