McDowall Affleck’s scope of works includes:

• Project investigation

• Realistic budgets and time plans for alternative outcomes - we pride ourselves on being realistic about costs and timing.  We have a number of contacts spanning many industry sectors that allow us to quickly produce budgets and time plans that reflect reality.

• Risk Management - this is an issue we take very seriously.  McDowall Affleck ensures risk is contractually placed with the parties who can best manage that risk.  We also ensue clients are protected by suitable contractual documentation where required.

• Record keeping - as the project proceeds we update expense reports regularly in order to keep clients informed of final cost estimates.  We also maintain up to date time plans so that milestone dates can be monitored and relied on.
