We understand that cash flow and land holding costs are always an issue so look at ways of reducing the time to get the relevant information from authorities, complete the design so that it is approved first time, and be at tender whilst approvals are being sought.

We write contracts that appropriately allocate the risk to ensure that the Contractors are not loading their prices to cover for unknowns or risk that they should not need to take and therefore charge for. This keeps the prices realistic.

We work with a selected list of approved contractors to ensure the correct type of contractor is chosen for the specific job and so that the prices received are competitive and most importantly the works will be carried out in a professional manner with a quality finish to assist in selling the land.

We superintend the contracts between you and the Contractor so all you have to worry about is paying the contractor and you will know that you will get a quality product that will sell itself, maximizing the returns for you.
